[LIFE] Why I chose Engineering?

Assalamualaikum and Hi to all..

You've probably heard about how busy engineering students are, and how difficult it is for a lady to pursue an engineering degree.. Now let me tell you this, it's true that we are busy, and it's hard for ladies, but trust me, it is all worth it..

Why do I choose to burden myself with this?

Well honestly, I don't know the answer as well.. Probably because I love doing what I'm doing, or maybe it's my passion, or just maybe, I'm aiming for the value for money.. HAHAHA..

Now if you ask me, is it worth it? Burdening myself with deadlines, with stuffs that I don't understand, and all?

My answer is yes. "The pain is temporary, glory is forever"- ADIWIRAKU
Trust me, you'll learn a lot through all the pain. You might not sleep for few days, having headaches, deadlines, assignments, labs, reports, but trust me, it is all worth it. You might not feel it now, but as time goes by, you'll understand and appreciate why you're doing what you're doing.

How's my journey as an engineering  student?

Not easy. With people telling me that I won't survive just because I'm a girl, it's not something that I cherish. But remember, when life gives you lemon, you eat it with honey =)
Well, I'm happy with the choice that I have made. I do feel down at times, but there's nothing to be regret of.. Since I'm the one who chose this.

Now to all who's planning to take engineering, just go for it! But remember, please choose what you like to do.
To all ladies out there, do not hesitate to try engineering. It is not for male only.
